I am wondering if the surface is such that the Baird could be used with chalk markers like a dry erase surface?

Thanks for asking! We are still researching which finishes are best suited for chalk markers, both dry and wet. Our textured black is a powder-coated finish that should work fine. Feel free to reach out to us for further explanation about this versatile magnetic sign board!
