Welded tabs are attached to the back of the product so that we don't have to put a hole in the piece for hanging. Functionally there is no difference, it's a cosmetic upgrade. Please keep in mind if you choose welded tabs and a clear coated sign, there will be 2 small marks on the front of the sign due to the heat from welding. We think this looks rustic and awesome, but some customers do not. For a more detailed explanation, watch the video below.
